Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may delete your account at any time.
Subscriptions & Billing
We offer Free, Pro, and Scale plans. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store card details. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized access attempts or abuse of the Service.
- No fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity.
- No reselling or redistribution without permission.
Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain ownership of your code and repository content. We process repository metadata to generate changelogs. The Service and its content are owned by ChangeLogScribe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
